My family and I had dinner here tonight and wow they exceeded our expectations! Starting from the staff putting tables together to accommodate us to dine in and how friendly the staff were. The food was wonderful, it was hot fresh, great sized portions. They timed it well for bringing out the desserts also. The manager was lovely and whilst they were busy it was such a calm , friendly environment. The food also came out far quicker then we expected. We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks for such a lovely meal

I of the most decent souvlaki with generous portion size. Customer service was welcoming, and ladies behind the counter were professional. I have to mention that one of the cleanest washrooms I have come across in any restaurant, hats off for maintenance.

Ambiance is good than before, food is really great. thumbs up! Kodus to Lance and Harry giving us good service and being so attentive and especially friendly!

Great food, authentic flavours and generous servings. Very friendly and helpful service. My only recommendation is to keep the door closed on cold days as we were freezing while sitting in the restaurant eating, the door was held open with a door stop. Restaurant was clean but the bathroom had no light so was difficult to use.

Tried the snack pack and souvlaki during promo on 30 Jan 2026. Told that a drink will be given with each order. Me and my friends (3 mum) ordered about 12 souvlaki and 2 snack packs for our families. Saw the orders before me and they all get 1 jarritos for each order (saw 2 got 2 drinks and 3 got 3 drinks) and so I expected the same would be happen with me and my friends. But unfortunately it was not the case, we all only get 1 jarritos each so the total of 3… hmmm.. felt disappointed. We came before 12 noon for lunch so don’t think they have running out of jarritos, the older lady instructed the nice young ladies who served us to do so.. I can understand if they want to cut cost but isn’t it the published promotion deal? I understand the deal is with a condition until sold out and limit may applied, but I thought if we come early we will get a full deal.. unfortunately and disappointment-ly - Not the case. BUT all and all.. the souvlaki was wonderful in taste, quality, serving and presentation (wrapped nicely and neatly). The snack pack was excellent too. 5 stars for the food and the hospitality especially the nice young ladies lady who served at the counter (it would be nice though to inform before hand that there is extra charge for some sauce and mixed meat or lamb)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Savva Special + Chicken HSP = 10/10! We ordered the Savva Special and HSP and wow—flavour, portion, and service were all on point! The kids were obsessed, especially with the surprise free loukoumades (crispy, fluffy, and drizzled with delicious chocolate sauce). This place knows how to treat families right. Souvlaki GR Cranbourne is now our go-to spot—great food, friendly vibes, and generous portions. Keep it up team Souvalaki Gr Cranbourne

Staff were friendly & courteous, food was delicious. Would definitely come back!!! Only found the music a little too loud to communicate, but it seems to be happening everywhere. Music is good , just a little too loud

The service was amazing !! Beth was so kind, taking the time to help us choose from the menu. We tried the mixed gyros plate, and it was 10/10. the tatziki was so refreshing, also Didn’t know dine in was an option but it was definitely the go. Beth kindly let us try some loukamades afterwards which was the perfect way to end our meal. everything about this place made the 30 minute drive completely worth it. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🩷
